Kia ora! By purchasing and downloading digital products from PEREHANA (referred to as “Downloadables” or “Products”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use these files.

1. LICENCE GRANT
Personal Use Licence 
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial Use Licence
A separate licence must be purchased for commercial use. Contact us through our online contact form or alternatively by email at perehanadesigns@gmail.com 

2. PERMITTED USES
You may:
1. Download and store the product for your personal use.
2. Print copies for personal display such as wall art or stationery.
3. Use editable templates for personal or small business branding, where permitted.

3. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
1. Resell, redistribute, share, or gift the files, unless specifically allowed.
2. Use the files commercially without permission or a commercial licence.
3. Modify and claim the designs as your own work.
4. Use the products unlawfully or in harmful ways.

4. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All products remain the intellectual property of PEREHANA.
2. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright.
3. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

5. DOWNLOAD & ACCESS
1. Download links are one time use and may expire after initial access.
2. You are responsible for saving and backing up your files.
3. We do not offer replacements for lost or deleted downloads.

6. FILE COMPATIBILITY
Please ensure you have the correct software to open and use the file types provided (e.g., .zip, .pdf, .jpeg). PEREHANA is not responsible for file incompatibility issues.

7. MOBILE DEVICE WARNING
Some files may not download or open correctly on mobile phones or tablets. It is recommended to download and save files using a desktop or laptop computer.

8. REFUND POLICY
1. All digital product sales are final. Refunds may only be provided if:
2. The file is corrupted or inaccessible (please contact us within 7 working days of purchase).
3. A duplicate purchase was made in error (proof will be required).

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
1. PEREHANA is not liable for damages or losses resulting from use of the product.
2. We are not responsible for differences in print quality or colour variation.
3. All digital products are provided “as is” in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

10. NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
All digital products are sold non-exclusively. Other customers may also purchase and use the same product.

11. SUPPORT
If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us within 7 working days of purchase. We are happy to assist where possible.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
PEREHANA may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our digital products constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
