1. GENERAL
Where is PEREHANA based?
Weâre a small business proudly based in Gisborne, a beautiful seaside city on the East Coast of New Zealandâs North Island. Our products are shaped by the creativity and cultural richness of Aotearoa.
What types of products do you sell?
We offer clothing, handmade jewellery, contemporary MÄori kÄkahu, greeting cards, books journals, planners, downloadables (Wall art, templates, audio books), and eGift cards.
Are we GST-registered?
Perehana is not GST registered. All prices are final, no GST or taxes are added.
2. ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 3â5 business days for New Zealand and 7â10 business days for international customers, excluding weekends and public holidays. Print on Demand products may take 10â14 business days to produce before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship internationally to Australia. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping within New Zealand only for orders over $99 NZD after discounts. Oversized or heavy items are excluded from this offer.
Why hasnât my order been sent yet?
Some payment providers like PayPal, Google Pay, and Afterpay, may hold funds for a short time before releasing them to us. Because of this, your order will be shipped once payment has cleared.
Most payments clear quickly, but sometimes thereâs a short delay (for example, PayPal may hold funds for up to 21 days for new sellers like Perehana). Our usual shipping timeframe is 3â5 business days within NZ and 7â10 business days internationally, starting from when payment is received.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at perehanadesigns@gmail.com. Print on Demand orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & eGIFT CARDS
How do I download my digital purchase?
After checkout, youâll receive an email with a one time use download link. Click the link from your preferred device, save the .zip file, and unzip it to access your JPEG files. Each download includes five sizes based on common frame dimensions. Full instructions are available in our How To Guide.
Can I send an eGift card as a gift?
Yes. Our Gift cards are delivered via email and can include a personal message. Please ensure the recipientâs email address is correct at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Are Gift cards and digital downloads refundable?
No. All digital downloads and Gift cards are final sale and non refundable once delivered or downloaded.
4. RETURNS + REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for eligible clothing or faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, digital downloads, Gift cards, sale items, certain jewellery, or kÄkahu. For full conditions, please review our Returns + Refunds Policy.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Email us at perehanadesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation. Weâll assess the issue and provide a replacement, suitable alternative, or refund if eligible. For full conditions, please review our Returns + Refunds Policy.

How do I care for clothing, jewellery, or kÄkahu?
