This page outlines our SHIPPING options for both domestic (within New Zealand) and international orders.Ā We process orders and communications Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM NZST, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1. PROCESSING TIME
(Excluding Print on Demand products)
All orders placed will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have provided on your order. Once your payment has been received, your item will be sent out and a tracking number sent to your email address.
Domestic
Orders are processed and sent out within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Please allow an extra day if your address is rural.
International
Orders are processed and sent out within 7-10 business days of your order being placed.Ā
International shipping is currently available for Australia only.
Payment Processing & Order Dispatch
At Perehana, we like to keep things simple and fair. Some payment providers such as PayPal, Google Pay and Afterpay may hold funds for a short time before releasing them to us, especially while weāre still a newer seller with these platforms.
Because of this, your order will be sent once payment has cleared. Most payments clear quickly, but occasionally it can take a little longer (for example, PayPal may hold funds for up to 21 days for new sellers like Perehana).
Our usual shipping time frame is 3ā5 business days within New Zealand and 7ā10 business days internationally, starting from when payment is received. Weāll always keep you updated if thereās any delay, and appreciate your patience while we make sure everythingās secure before sending your goodies your way.

2.Ā DELIVERY SERVICE
(Excluding Print on Demand products)Ā
Domestic
New Zealand Post will handle domestic deliveries within New Zealand. PEREHANA does not offer express or overnight delivery.
International
New Zealand Post will handle your order to Australia, once your order arrives, Australia Post will complete delivery. Please note delivery times vary depending on the time of year your order is posted out.
Christmas Delivery Information
Please note that due to increased shipping demand during the holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual. To ensure timely delivery before Christmas, please refer to our shipping cutoff dates
Digital Products
Our digital products, including e-gift cards and digital prints, are available for instant download and can be gifted immediately, making them a perfect last minute gift option.

1. Free shipping (NZ$99+) applies after discounts.
2. Promo free shipping valid only for NZ.
3. Heavy and oversized items may incur extra fees.
4. As a non GST-registered business, no taxes are added to your order total.

4. PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) PRODUCTS
Our Print on Demand products are custom made by a partner supplier and shipped directly to you by them. Due to the customised nature of Print on Demand products, processing times will be longer than other products in our store.
Processing requires 10-14 business days before shipping. Please take this into account when placing an order. Shipping times will also vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method and the time of year your order is posted out.
Separate Shipments
Since Print on Demand items are custom made, they may be shipped separately from other items in your order. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
5. GIFT CARDS + DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Gift Cards
Your eGift card will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided in your order. Please ensure your or the recipient's email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Digital Downloads
Your digital prints (downloads) will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided in your order. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Since eGift cards and digital prints are electronic files, they can't be shipped physically.
6. DAMANGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your physical package arrives damaged or your package is lost, please contact us within 24 hours at perehanadesigns@gmail.com for us to look into it further for you.
